Renault Triber 2025: A Fresh Take on the Affordable 7-Seater MPV
The Renault Triber facelift, launched on July 23, 2025, brings a bold update to the sub-4-meter, 7-seater MPV, priced from ₹6.29 lakh to ₹9.16 lakh (ex-showroom). This is the Triber’s first major refresh since its 2019 debut, blending style, practicality, and value.
Design Overhaul
The Triber sports a modernized front fascia with sleek LED headlamps, integrated DRLs, and a gloss-black grille featuring Renault’s new diamond logo. The rear gets smoked LED tail lamps and a sculpted bumper, adding an SUV-like stance. Three new colors, Amber Terracotta, Shadow Grey, and Zanskar Blue, enhance its appeal.

Inside, the cabin feels more premium with a lighter color scheme, soft-touch materials, and an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The flexible seating remains, offering up to 625 liters of boot space with detachable third-row seats.
Safety First
Safety is a highlight, with six airbags standard across all variants, ABS with EBD, ESP, and a traffic sign recognition camera. The outgoing model earned a 4-star Global NCAP rating, and the facelift adds features like brake assist and a potential 360-degree camera.
Performance and Efficiency
The Triber retains its 1.0-liter, 3-cylinder petrol engine (71 bhp, 96 Nm), paired with a 5-speed manual or AMT. A CNG option is available, but the hoped-for turbo-petrol engine didn’t make the cut, which some find underpowered for a fully loaded MPV.

Available in four personas, Authentic, Evolution, Techno, and Emotion, the Triber remains India’s most affordable 7-seater MPV. With a 3-year/1 lakh km warranty (extendable to 7 years), it competes strongly against the Maruti Ertiga and Tata Tiago.
